Greetings from MissionToCure team! We hope to find you in good health. We request you to read the below instructions carefully.

Corona Virus pandemic has changed our life drastically. In view of the same, we have taken into consideration the risk of it and will be taking all the necessary precautions before reopening the clinic. Looking at the difficulties that our patients are going through, we have reopened the clinic and the working hours are 9AM-4PM (Monday – Saturday) till further notice.

For all the registered patients, we will provide CONSULTATION ONLY ON PHONE. Physical check-up is not possible in the present scenario. Please DO NOT COME personally inside the clinic and building premises.

We have restarted ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING for PHONE CONSULTATION, wherein Dr. Vijay Shah as usual will personally attend your phone/ video call as per your time slot and provide consultation. He will be available from Monday – Saturday (9AM – 4PM).

All other patients will be attended to on phone by Assistant Doctors as usual.We have 2 mobile numbers for WhatsApp - 9920299195 & 9082935453. Kindly save both of these numbers so that you can receive all updates on WhatsApp as well.

Online Appointment Booking will start in the same way as before. We will begin online appointment booking at 9AM (Monday – Saturday) as per earlier fashion on our website and Mobile App until further notice.

After consultation on the phone is over and payment is done ONLINE, prepared medicines will be handed over to you the outside the premises of the building in front of the ICICI Bank ATM. The patient or any person/relative on the patient’s behalf needs to come and collect the medicines.

Timing to collect the medicines is in 3 slots – 10AM – 10:30AM, 12PM – 12:30PM and 4PM – 4:30PM. Most importantly, please understand that we are operating at minimal staff strength.

Courier facility is AVAILABLE currently in all locations in Mumbai, India and overseas. Kindly call or whatsapp us for further assistance. Kindly inform us your pin code for further assistance.

Accepting cash is also a risk. So, we will NOT ACCEPT cash payments. You must make the payment online BEFORE coming to collect the medicines through various digital payment options. (Paytm, Google-Pay, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI are all supported)
