Online Booking will be available between 08:00 AM To 05:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday.

For New/ First time visiting patients: The online appointment booking facility is currently not extended to patients visiting the MissionToCure clinic for the first time. In that case, we kindly request you to call us or personally visit the clinic and approach any assistant doctor. We will schedule an appointment for in-detail case taking as each new patient is allotted a time of approximately 2 hours. You will be given a registration ID. Kindly save the same for future reference.

Kindly note: Dr. Vijay Shah is available from Monday to Saturday (8 AM-5 PM). In his absence, assistant doctors shall attend to all patients.

You can book an appointment from our mobile app available on Google play store as well as the Apple App Store (coming soon).

You may also call us during working hours between 8 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday) for any queries regarding booking an appointment online for a phone consultation. The consultation time for the first appointment is 8 AM.

Patients suffering from acute diseases can call up and inform assistant doctors and without any prior appointment booking. After online consultation and examination (checking), they will guide you and make all the necessary arrangements.

How do I book an appointment online? 3 simple steps

Firstly, you may book any appointment slot online for the current day as well as the next working day, subject to availability.

Example: Mr. Vijay Shah wishes to book an appointment for 2nd January, 2019 (Tuesday).

  • The online appointment booking facility for the aforesaid day would be active from 8am till 5pm on 1st January, 2019 (Monday).
  • The facility shall again be active from 8am till 5pm on 2nd January, 2019 (Tuesday) displaying the available slots that Mr. Shah can book.

Example: Mr. Vijay Shah wishes to book an appointment for 21st January, 2019 (Monday).

  • Appointment slots for Monday will be available from 19th January (Saturday) from 8AM onwards as the clinic is closed on Sundays.
  • Similar system shall be followed for any other declared holiday.

Secondly, the 3 steps for booking an appointment online are as follows:

  1. Please select the date (either today or the next working day) and enter your Registration ID and Registered mobile number.
  2. On entering the above details, your name will be displayed on screen (This detail was shared with us on your first visit)

  3. Please click on the Check Availability button. The available time slots will be displayed on your screen.

  4. Please select the available slot of your convenience and book the appointment slot.The online appointment booking facility for the aforesaid day would be active from 8am till 5pm on 1st January, 2019 (Monday).

A confirmation will be sent to you by SMS and / or E-mail on the Mobile number and email-id address registered at the clinic.

If all the appointment slots for the day are booked, a message saying – “All the appointments are booked” shall be displayed. We request you to book the appointment as early as possible.

Can I visit the clinic without an appointment? If yes, when?

  1. You may consult any assistant doctor at the clinic.
  2. No appointment is required for collecting medicines for yourself or on behalf of others.

I’m not able to book an appointment. What should I do?

  1. Kindly recheck the registration id entered for booking the appointment

How do I update my details?

  1. Kindly request you to update your mobile number and other details if you have changed the same, for our records.

I’m afraid, I won’t be able to visit the clinic in time. What should I do?

  1. Not to worry! If you are unable to report to the clinic in your allotted time slot, you can come to the clinic and report at your convenient time. Our team will assist you and try to accommodate you.

How do I cancel an appointment booked as I won’t be available?

Working Hours

  1. Our day starts at 8.00am on each working day and extends beyond the scheduled closing hour of 5.00pm. In these working hours, our team of doctors attend to patients of different age groups and varied diseases, some of which may require urgent attention and need to be attended to as early as possible.
  2. In such an event, it may happen that the approximate time allotted to you while booking the appointment may be delayed. We will try our best to look after you in your designated time slot. We humbly request all our patients to cooperate with us regarding the same.

Update Your Details:

  • We are updating our system constantly. So, we request all of you to check and update your details at clinic.
  • In this process, when you come to clinic in person, please insist to take your photograph, so that we can update your details.
